REFUND POLICY

Please, Notify us Immediately you need to cancel.

A credit for future mailings, not a cash refund, MAY be granted if our services have not been provided for any reason within our TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

All "On Hold" or cancellation orders must be sent to EmailMarketingAustralia via email no later than 5 FULL WORKING DAYS BEFORE the contracted "Email Campaign" is to be sent.

Cancelled or hold orders not received by us at least 5 FULL WORKING DAYS BEFORE the scheduled fulfillment date will result in the assigned "Email Campaign" being sent regardless of any problems the client may have, ALL credit will be forfeited without exception.

We are running a business which involves many people and extensive setting up so that we are 100% compliant with all government regulations etc.

This is professional company and we work on a professional level.

If you email (creative) or your products or services or website in not ready at the time of the email send, we are not responsible.

YOU must make sure that your "set up" is 101% ready before you book the campaign.
