Pricing varies between the Australian database and the US database
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN FULL BY YOU AND AND RECEIVED BY US CLEAR OF ANY BANKING PROCESS AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR CAMPAIGN IS DUE TO BE SENT.
FAILURE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT BY THIS TIME WILL RENDER US FREE FROM ANY OBLIGATION EITHER WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED ASSOCIATED WITH RESERVING OR HOLDING YOUR DESIGNATED CAMPAIGN TIME SPOT.
AT OUR DISCRETION, THIS "TIME SPOT" MAY THEN BE RE-ALLOCATED TO ANOTHER CLIENT WHO HAS PAID.
The Australian database
The Australian database is more expensive than the USA database. All categories are priced the same.
The minimum number of emails ordered for any Australian service is $1,500 AUD (plus $150 - $300 set up fee***) (Plus you supply the email "Creative" at your expense)
The US database
Prices will depend upon the catagories you select and the volume you require.
Minimum order amount is $5,000 USD (plus $250 set up fee***) (Plus you supply the email "Creative" at your expense)

Payments
All funds are payable by WIRE or BANK TRANSFER ONLY
We no longer accept credit cards due to the excessive volume of credit card fraud caused by identity theft or other means.
Clients who have an established a credit rating of 12 months and a minimum of 2 campaigns per month "may" be eligible to go onto our credit card payment service.

REFUNDS
Refunds are NOT available AFTER the campaign has been sent. To apply for a refund, you must first cancel your campaign.
There is a MINIMUM of 5 FULL working days notice which must be given IN WRITING or else the campaign will be sent regardless and NO refund.
If you have web design problems or other excuses or difficulties, this is NOT our problem. Please make sure that your are 101% ready BEFORE you book the job.
